This is followed by a cleaning crew that has been taught the proper procedures and uses the proper materials. Our Night Manager is on call to visit the cleaners, surprise check their procedures and retrain as needed. The Account Manager visits the facility at regular intervals and performs an official inspection with feedback of praise and corrective action for the cleaners.
